CEO of ICEYE US and Member of the Board of Directors
Eric Jensen is the Chief Executive Officer of ICEYE US, bringing expertise in aerospace and geospatial intelligence. His engineering foundation and business acumen drive ICEYE US's mission of providing persistent satellite monitoring that ensures American decision-makers never lack critical insights when they need them most.
Prior to ICEYE US, Eric spent more than a decade at Boeing, concluding as Vice President for Commercial Satellite Systems after beginning as a design engineer. He holds engineering degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and USC, plus an MBA from UCLA, and serves on the Board for the McKelvey School of Engineering at his alma mater.
Vice President of Finance and Business Operations
Anne Eastwood-Ritter serves as Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at ICEYE US, driving operational excellence and financial strategy across the rapidly growing company. Since joining in June 2023, she has ensured that ICEYE US's internal systems and processes are optimized to support the delivery of persistent satellite monitoring capabilities to government and commercial partners.
Prior to ICEYE US, Anne was Director of Finance and Business Management at Virgin Orbit National Systems, and previously spent several years in litigation and management consulting, rising to Vice President of Finance & Administration. Her earlier career includes financial leadership roles at American Management Systems in London and New York. Anne holds an MBA with a concentration in Management Science from Virginia Tech, where she was selected for a special program studying multinational corporations in emerging markets, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
Vice President of Operations and Customer Delivery
Leola Moss serves as Vice President of Operations and Customer Delivery at ICEYE US, leveraging 34 years of satellite imagery and geographic information systems experience. Joining ICEYE in 2019, she has been instrumental in scaling operations to meet growing customer demand and satellite fleet expansion, ensuring reliable, timely SAR satellite data products worldwide.
Before ICEYE US, Leola was director of pipeline operations for Planet Labs and a senior program manager at Google, with previous roles at Skybox Imaging and GeoEye. She also served eight years in the United States Air Force as an imagery intelligence analyst, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both technical capabilities and mission-critical customer needs.
Vice President of Software Engineering
Justin Darnall serves as Vice President of Software Engineering at ICEYE US, bringing extensive experience in aerospace software development and space systems engineering. Since joining in July 2025, he leads software development initiatives that support ICEYE US's mission of delivering persistent satellite monitoring capabilities through advanced radar imaging technology.
Before ICEYE US, Justin served as Crewed Lunar Lander Software IPT Lead at Blue Origin, where he led flight software design and development for crewed and cargo lunar landers while implementing NASA software safety standards. His previous experience includes nearly four years at Rocket Lab, progressing through roles as GNC Engineer, Program Manager, Senior Manager of Products, and Director of Technology, where he managed teams of 60+ engineers and drove product architecture for flight software, ground data systems, and simulation tools. Justin holds a Master's degree in Space Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering Technologies from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Herbert Satterlee brings extensive experience leading and growing emerging companies in the space and geospatial intelligence sectors. As former Chairman and CEO of DigitalGlobe, he successfully launched QuickBird 2 and won the NGA NextView contract after joining the company following their initial satellite launch failure in 1998. His leadership experience also includes serving as President and CEO of Novariant, where he tripled revenues to $58M in three years, and creating new information products for the agriculture market as President and CEO of Resource 21.
From 1978 to 1995, Herbert held various business development, strategic planning, finance, and project management positions with Boeing. He has served the Secretary of the Interior as a member of the National Land Remote Sensing Archive Advisory Committee and the Secretary of Commerce as a member of the Advisory Committee on Commercial Remote Sensing. Herb currently serves as a Board Member for the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation and holds an Executive MBA from University of Washington and a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University.
Lance VandenBrook is president and chief executive officer of Onward Robotics, bringing more than 30 years of experience scaling high-growth robotics and technology companies into highly profitable organizations. His passion for automation led him to serve as global head of sales for Kiva Systems in 2010, where he increased revenues by 4X in 18 months, resulting in the company's $775 million acquisition by Amazon.
Prior to Onward Robotics, Lance served as chief commercial officer for Takkion Holdings, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, and CEO at leading drone company Aria Insights. He previously held executive leadership positions at oil and gas companies including Invensys and Pilot Thomas Logistics. Lance serves on the boards of Diligent Robotics, ICEYE US, and T&E Flow Services, and holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Tony Scott served as the 3rd Federal Chief Information Officer for the U.S. Government, appointed by President Obama in February 2015. In this role, he provided CXO-level insight on digital workplace transformation, cybersecurity, governance, open data, and workforce diversity through numerous Congressional appearances and public forums. His leadership in government technology transformation has been widely recognized across both public and private sectors.
Before his government service, Tony held senior technology leadership roles including Chief Information Officer at VMware, Microsoft Corporation, and the Walt Disney Company, as well as Chief Technology Officer at General Motors Information Systems & Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco and a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University. Tony was inducted into CIO magazine's "CIO Hall of Fame" in 2009 and is a licensed pilot who enjoys flying his own plane.
The mission of the ICEYE US Government Advisory Board is to advance the integration of commercial synthetic aperture radar capabilities within the U.S. national security ecosystem by providing expert guidance on acquisition reform, mission architecture, and operational integration.
Admiral Bob Sharp served as the 7th Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from February 2019 until June 2022, where he was responsible for delivering world-class geospatial intelligence to provide decisive advantage to policymakers, military service members, and intelligence professionals. He led over 14,000 civilian, military, and contractor employees working across more than 120 locations worldwide during a critical period that included the global pandemic, leveraging challenges as opportunities to reimagine business processes and emerge stronger.
Admiral Sharp served as a Naval Intelligence Officer for over 34 years and as a leader within the Navy's Information Warfare Community since its inception. From April 2016 to February 2019, he served as Commander, Office of Naval Intelligence, and Director, National Maritime Intelligence-Integration Office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of the Pacific, a Naval War College diploma, and a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He is currently CEO of B Sharp — Global Solutions and a Principal at WestExec Advisors.
Lieutenant General John Shaw served as Deputy Commander of U.S. Space Command from 2020 to 2023, where he directed 12,000+ personnel worldwide and oversaw a $525M budget to defend the nation's critical space capabilities. He was among the first general officers to accept a commission in the United States Space Force, resigning his U.S. Air Force commission to do so, and previously commanded the Combined Force Space Component Command and Fourteenth Air Force.
General Shaw has 33+ years of experience in national security space and aerospace engineering, with extensive leadership of large-scale technical organizations responsible for critical space capabilities within both the Department of Defense and the National Reconnaissance Office. He holds a B.S. in Astronautical Engineering with Russian Language minor from the U.S. Air Force Academy, an M.S. in Aeronautics & Astronautics from the University of Washington, and additional master's degrees from George Washington University and the National War College. After retiring in November 2023, he joined the national security space strategic advisory group of Sierra Space and the board of directors of Stoke Space.
